How do I know which plants are right for my climate?
Each plant listing includes detailed information about ideal growing conditions. Our horticultural experts also carefully select packaging materials appropriate for your climate during shipping. When in doubt, contact our plant experts for personalized recommendations.
What should I do when my plant arrives?
We recommend giving your plant 2-3 days to acclimate to its new environment before repotting or transplanting. Keep it in its original container, place it in appropriate light conditions, and water as directed in the included care instructions. This “rest period” helps reduce transplant shock.

How are plants packaged for shipping?

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive clear tracking information via email once your order ships. You can track your package every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep.
What if I’m not home when my plants arrive?
Most of our carriers will leave the package in a safe place. However, in extreme weather conditions, they may hold it for pickup. We recommend having your plants delivered to an address where someone can receive them within 24 hours for best results.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our customer care team immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. Our Houston-based plant experts will personally handle your concern.
Do I need to return the plant for a refund?
In most cases, no. Because live plants are involved, we typically don’t require returns. Our team will assess your situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
What if my plant dies shortly after arrival?
