We guarantee the health of your plants upon arrival. If your plants don’t arrive in good condition or fail to thrive within the first 15 days, we’ll happily replace them or issue a refund.

Step 3: Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Email you a return authorization and instructions
- Determine whether return shipping is needed (we often waive this for damaged items)
- Process your replacement order immediately if preferred
