Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to bring nature to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee your plants will arrive in healthy condition. If your green friends show signs of distress within 15 days of delivery, we’ll happily replace them or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Plants must show signs of distress or damage upon arrival
  • Original packaging should be retained when possible

Non-returnable items: Custom or special order plants, including Avocado Trees and Citrus Trees.

Step 3: Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Email you return authorization and instructions
  • Determine if return shipping is needed (often waived for damaged items)
  • Process your replacement order immediately if preferred

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (if required) or approve your claim:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Replacements: Shipped within 1-2 business days via your original shipping method

Special Considerations for Live Plants

Because we’re dealing with living things, we appreciate your understanding that:

  • Seasonal plants (like Cherry Blossom Trees and Azalea Shrubs) may only be replaceable in the appropriate planting season
  • Large trees (such as Apple Trees and Birch Trees) require special handling – our team will guide you through the process
  • We cannot accept returns due to improper planting or care after delivery
